Our Couch to 5km program is suitable for everyone!
Whether you're new to running, new to fitness or are a deconditioned runner, our program is designed to help you transform your sedentary lifestyle into an active one.
The 8 week program consists of 2 training sessions per week (approximately 30 minutes).
A safe warm up and cool down is included along with a huge amount of motivation to get you to that 5km goal!
£96 (£12 per week)
Do you have a goal of running 10km or simply enjoy running and want to take your fitness to the next level?
If you can run 2-3 miles without stopping or you have recently completed the Couch to 5km, then this program is for you.
The 12 week program consists of 2 training sessions per week.
A safe warm up, cool down and endless motivation is included along with nutritional advice on how to sustain yourself before and after exercise.
£180 (£15 per week)
In addition to running, endurance and mental toughness training, your bespoke training program will also include flexibility, balance, mobility and strength training. Whilst strength training strengthens muscles and joints, it also has the potential to reduce risk of injury. Improved muscle activation will help your body deal with the stresses of running.
Once your goals are set, our on-going fitness testing and continuous motivation will help keep you on track and work towards smashing those goals!
