All personal training packages start with a free initial consultation which includes a lifestyle questionnaire to assess current health and fitness. Health screening measurements and fitness assessments will be undertaken. Goals will be discussed and agreed using the SMART principles. All of this information will then be used to prepare your personalised training plan.
With on-going health screening, regular fitness assessments and nutritional advice all included, we will do everything as your personal trainer to help you to achieve your goals!
Personal training single sessions are also available to book.
