All personal training packages start with a free initial consultation which includes a lifestyle questionnaire to assess current health and fitness. Health screening measurements and fitness assessments will be undertaken. Goals will be discussed and agreed using the SMART principles. All of this information will then be used to prepare your personalised training plan.
With on-going health screening, regular fitness assessments and nutritional advice all included, I will do everything as your personal trainer to help you to achieve your goals!
Personal training single sessions are also available to book.
Based in South Hampshire, I offer personal training programs primarily in Eastleigh, Winchester, Southampton, New Forest, and surrounding areas. Travel time is charged for journeys in excess of 30 minutes.

We can enjoy training in the comfort of your own home (or garden) or take advantage of the great outdoors utilising the open spaces around us, including park benches, trees, steps, and more!
For effective and safe training, wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely, along with a comfortable pair of trainers.
