PERSONAL TRAINING



All personal training packages start with a free initial consultation which includes a lifestyle questionnaire to assess current health and fitness.  Health screening measurements and fitness assessments will be undertaken.  Goals will be discussed and agreed using the SMART principles.  All of this information will then be used to prepare your personalised training plan.

With on-going health screening, regular fitness assessments and nutritional advice all included, we will do everything as your personal trainer to help you to achieve your goals!


Personal training single sessions are also available to book.

What geographical areas do you cover?

Based in South Hampshire, the main locations I cover are Eastleigh, Winchester, Southampton, New Forest and surrounding areas.

Do I need a certain level of fitness to get started?

No. All personal training programs will be designed specifically for you and tailored to your needs.

What kind of exercise will we be doing?

Cardiovascular exercise (including HIIT); resistance work incorporating free weight and body weight exercises and a range of flexibility exercises too.

Where will we train?

We can train in the comfort of your own home (or garden) or in the great outdoors using the open spaces around us.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothing that you can move freely in and trainers.

Can my friend or partner come to a session with me?

Yes.  We offer personal training one to one or for 2 people.

All packages are for a minimum of 3 months


BASIC

£160 per month

A bespoke training plan tailored to your individual goals

x1 one to one session per week


STANDARD

£300 per month

This is our most popular training plan and is designed to progress you more quickly towards your goals

x2 one to one sessions per week


PLUS

£420 per month

With x3 one to one sessions per week, this training plan will accelerate you towards your goals
