Revival Fitness was created with the desire to inspire and motivate individuals to move more, become fitter, lead healthier lives and most importantly, to enjoy doing exactly that.
I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor and Nutritional Adviser.
I am qualified to deliver the Optimum Performance Training (OPT) Model which is a fitness training system. It is designed to correct muscle imbalances which in turn will build a stronger base for your posture, helping you perform exercises correctly leading to better results.
I am also a Dogfit Certified Canicross Trainer.
I live in Hampshire with my husband, 2 children, 2 dogs and 1 cat.
When I'm not working as a personal trainer, I am usually found outdoors. I love running, paddle boarding, walking on the beach, running trails and along the river with my dogs.
I am a big foodie, appreciate good coffee, love reading psychological thrillers and have been a James Bond fan since I was about 10 years old!
